Ordering and Shipping

You will receive an automatic email confirming your order as soon as it has been placed and another automatic email as soon as it is in transit. If you don't receive these emails please check your junk folder and make sure you mark us as a safe sender! This will ensure we can reach you in the unlikely event there is an issue with your order. 

Ordering:

Payment of your purchase is easy and safe. We offer two payment methods online; Afterpay or standard card checkout. 

Card payments are completely secure and encrypted by Shopify. We do not have access to or record your card details under any circumstances.

Afterpay is securely processed via the Afterpay checkout. Afterpay splits your payments over four equal installments due every fortnight. We send your items to you as soon as your order is placed. 


Shipping:

We pack and ship all orders within 24 hours and send all parcels within Australia with Australia Posts express postage service. You will receive an email after your order is confirmed with your tracking details. Please be aware that postal services do not operate on weekends or public holidays. 

International orders are charged at a flat rate of $15 regardless of your destination. We send with Australia post and include tracking.

COVID-19 deliveries within Australia

We are currently not experiencing a delay in deliveries within Australia. All items are arriving within normal express post time frames. 

 COVID-19 deliveries internationally

COVID-19 has severely effected the delivery timeframes for international orders. With the lack of international flights, all international deliveries are taking significantly longer to arrive. Please allow up to four additional weeks on top of normal international delivery timeframes. If you are ordering internationally please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over the delay in postage and are only given limited information from Australia Post.

Australia Post has suspended all deliveries to a number of international locations. For the time being, we can only offer international postage to the US, the UK and New Zealand.
