If you aren’t in love with your purchase we want to hear from you! You can return full price items for a store credit or exchange less freight charges so you can find something that you love and feel amazing in.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item(s), just shoot us a message via email at email@example.com and we can get the ball rolling!
If you’re thinking about purchasing with us, please note our policies to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, so please take this into account when shopping with us.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your items must be in original condition (meaning that they can be resold on to their forever home looking as beautiful as the day they were made). They must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged with all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for paying for the cost of shipping for all returns unless your item was proven faulty.
Sale items are unfortunately ineligible for returns or exchanges unless proven faulty by the label. We love being able to discount pieces for you guys, but discounts of 50% or more mean you’re getting it for the same price we did (lucky you!)
Swimwear, underwear and jewellery are ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons (unless proven faulty by the label) so please choose carefully with these.
